美联储报告:股楼齐升推动第三季家庭财富增值
美联储发表报告,指出美国家庭截至9月底止财富总值123.5万亿美元,受惠股市及楼价上升,与及家庭因应新冠疫情保留更多现金。其中股市上升贡献2.8万亿美元财富增值,楼价上升贡献4,000亿美元财富增值。现金、往来户口及储蓄户口总值则增加4,730亿美元。
另一方面,家庭债务按年率计升5.6%,较第二季的0.8%升幅加快,主要受楼按推动。商业负债按年率计跌0.9%,差於第二季的按年14.2%增幅。第二季数据受企业参与支薪保障计划及申请新冠紧急贷款等推动。
政府借贷於第三季录年率9.1%增长,较第二季的58.9%放缓。第二季数据亦受新冠纾困措施影响。
