諾普信(002215.SZ):擬用知識產權資產作質押 向小貸公司申請授信2850萬元
格隆匯 12 月 10日丨諾普信(002215.SZ)公佈,公司第五屆董事會第二十三次會議(臨時)決議,審議通過《關於公司向金融機構申請融資事項的議案》。
公司因生產經營的需要,擬用以下知識產權資產作為質押擔保措施,向深圳市高新投小額貸款有限公司申請授信人民幣2850萬元,融資期限最高不超過1年,具體以融資合同簽訂之日算起。為增強本次融資的償債保障,深圳市高新投融資擔保有限公司擬為公司上述融資業務提供連帶責任保證擔保。
