格隆匯 12 月 10日丨明泰鋁業(601677.SH)公佈,為加快河南明晟新材料科技有限公司建設進度,積極開發汽車用鋁,超硬3C材料、軍工、航空航天等高附加值產品,優化公司產品結構,進一步提升公司的可持續發展和盈利能力,公司於2020年12月10日召開第五屆董事會第十五次會議以6票贊成、0票反對、0票棄權(董事劉傑先生因公出差未能參加此次會議)審議通過了《關於對公司全資子公司增資的議案》,同意公司以自有資金1.9億元向全資子公司明晟新材料增資。
