運達科技(300440.SZ)與保利防務簽訂戰略合作協議
格隆匯12月10日丨運達科技(300440.SZ)公佈，2020年12月9日，公司(乙方)與保利科技防務投資有限公司(“保利防務”，甲方)簽署了《戰略合作協議》。雙方本着“優勢互補、合作雙贏、共同發展”的原則，建立長期、全面、深度的戰略合作機制，建立全方位的戰略合作伙伴關係。合作範圍如下：
甲方及乙方分別發揮在軍民融合相關行業研究、資源方面的優勢及軌道交通、仿真技術、人工智能技術等領域的專業技術優勢，實現合作發展。
1、發揮甲方相關專業領域的投資管理優勢及乙方的資金優勢，為乙方在相關專業領域投資提供管理及諮詢服務，以維護乙方及乙方股東利益；
2、充分發揮甲方海外銷售優勢，協助運達科技拓展產品海外銷售市場；
3、發揮甲方資源優勢，適時協助軍工資源導入，助力乙方仿真技術進步及業務拓展；
4、雙方同意開展深層次技術合作，共同探討利用軍工相關先進技術與軌道交通業務進行技術與戰略協同的可能性，促使運達科技技術實力進一步提升。
公司自成立伊始致力於運用信息技術提供軌道交通智能系統相關的技術和解決方案，為軌道交通提供更安全、更高效的營運保障。經多年發展，公司成為國內軌道交通智能系統領域內少數擁有核心自主知識產權和自主生產能力的高科技企業之一。作為國內較早從事軌道交通智能系統研製的專業廠商，依靠不斷自主創新，經過多年的發展，公司技術研發實力已在業內處於領先地位。
