光威復材(300699.SZ)未被列入擬認定高新技術企業名單 及兩子公司獲得高新技術企業認定
格隆匯 12 月 10日丨光威復材(300699.SZ)公佈，近日，根據科學技術部火炬高技術產業開發中心發佈的《關於山東省2020年第一批高新技術企業備案的覆函》(國科火字〔2020〕216號)，公司全資子公司威海拓展纖維有限公司(“拓展纖維”)、威海光威能源新材料有限公司(“光威能源”)被認定為山東省2020年第一批高新技術企業，證書編號分別為GR202037000005，GR202037000041，發證日期為2020年8月17日，有效期3年。
拓展纖維系原高新技術企業證書有效期滿所進行的重新認定，光威能源系首次取得高新技術企業認定，根據國家對高新技術企業的相關税收優惠政策，拓展纖維、光威能源自獲得高新技術企業資格起連續三年(2020年-2022年)可享受高新技術企業所得税優惠政策，即按15%的税率繳納企業所得税。
公司(指作為母公司的單體，下同)2017年通過高新技術企業資格複審，連續三年(2017年-2019年)享受高新技術企業所得税優惠政策並有效期已滿。根據全國高新技術企業認定管理工作領導小組辦公室近日發佈的《關於公示山東省2020年第二批擬認定高新技術企業名單的通知》,公司此次不在擬認定名單之列。根據相關規定，公司自2020年度(含)起不再享受高新技術企業所得税税率15%的優惠政策，直至公司下次申請高新技術企業資格並獲得認定。按照公司2019年度的經營情況模擬測算，高新技術企業資格對公司納税沒有實際影響；根據公司財務部門對2020年前三季度的模擬測算，公司2020年前三季度不需要實際繳納企業所得税，故此次未通過高新技術企業認定，預計不會對公司2020年度經營業績產生重大影響。
公司此次不在擬認定名單之列，主要是受公司碳樑業務拆分獨立以及公司收到子公司分紅收入影響,致使公司近一年高新技術產品收入佔公司同期收入的比例未能達到《高新技術企業認定管理辦法》(國科發火〔2016〕32號)要求的60%；未來公司將努力通過做大做強預浸料板塊和複合材料板塊等母公司轄下業務，滿足高新技術企業的相關指標要求，爭取早日重新獲得高新技術企業資格認定。
