数说新冠疫情丨全球日增逾67万例，中国新冠灭活疫苗于阿联酋获批上市
截至2020年12月10日08:55，中国以外累计确诊新冠肺炎超6908万例 ，累计死亡超156万例 ，全球新冠确诊病例较前一日增加67.27万例 ，死亡病例较前一日增加12312例，全球累计死亡过万例国家或地区已达25个。
美洲地区，美国新冠确诊病例较前一日增加24.10万例，连续37日新增维持在10万例以上，死亡病例较前一日增加3102例，累计死亡病例逼近30万例，这一数字远超美国一年因车祸、自杀和中风死亡人数的总和。
当地时间8日，美国总统特朗普签署了一项行政命令，旨在优先为美国运送新冠疫苗，以缓解对疫苗分发剂量不足的担忧。政令签署在当天举行的白宫疫苗峰会上进行。白宫官员表示，该政令是履行特朗普一直以来的“美国优先”政策，此外没有透露更多细节。
巴西国家卫生监督局7日发布警告称，在位于该国东北部巴伊亚州一所医院内，研究人员在一位因新冠肺炎并发症入住重症监护病房的患者身上疑似首次发现耳念珠菌。目前该检测样本由医院实验室送至圣保罗大学医学院实验室进行复核确认。由于耳念珠菌的多重耐药性、高致死性和临床上诊断及鉴定困难度高，因此其又被称为“超级真菌”。巴西国家卫生监督局表示“超级真菌”的出现对公共健康构成严重威胁。
当地时间周三，加拿大卫生部批准紧急使用辉瑞和BioNTech的新冠疫苗。美国食品药品监督管理局（FDA）将在周四召开外部专家会议，商讨辉瑞疫苗审批事宜，预计FDA将在几天内批准疫苗紧急使用。
欧洲地区，俄总理米舒斯京表示，外国对俄罗斯新冠疫苗可能存在爆发性需求。米舒斯京在国际出口论坛“俄罗斯制造”全体会议上发言时表示：“对于例如新冠病毒疫苗之类的热门产品，可能会有巨大的、真的是爆发性的需求。”他同时强调，首先计划为俄罗斯联邦公民提供疫苗。
当地时间12月8日，英国正式启动了大规模新冠疫苗接种项目。据俄罗斯卫星通讯社、英国天空新闻最新消息，有两名英国NHS卫生工作者在接种后出现了过敏症状。报道称，这两人在8日接种后出现相关症状，目前正在恢复中。英格兰NHS国家医疗主任史蒂芬·鲍维斯警告，有“严重”过敏史的人不要接种辉瑞疫苗。
香港新增104例新冠肺炎确诊病例，其中本地感染病例99例、输入性病例5例。这是香港近十天内第五次单日新增病例数达三位数。香港累计报告新冠肺炎确诊病例达7179例。香港目前已经启用的负压病床使用率约为77.5%，启用的负压病房使用率约为81%。
此外，据阿联酋媒体报道，该国卫生和预防部周三宣布对国药集团中国生物北京生物制品研究所研发的新冠病毒灭活疫苗在该国进行注册。阿联酋卫生和预防部与阿布扎比卫生部已经对国药中生提交的三期临床试验数据进行了复核。这一对持有125个不同国籍的约3.1万名志愿者进行的临床实验显示，这款中国生产的新冠病毒灭活疫苗对抗病毒感染的有效性为86%，中和抗体转阳率为99%，能100%预防中度和重度的新冠肺炎病例。而且相关研究没有发现疫苗存在严重的安全隐患。
