利邦(00891.HK)附属遭渣打入禀提清盘呈请
利邦(00891.HK)公布,於12月9日公司获悉渣打银行根据香港法例第32章公司(清盘及杂项条文)条例,就公司的一间全资附属公司利邦管理向香港高等法院提交案件编号为HCCW420/2020的清盘呈请,申请将利邦管理清盘。呈请将於2021年3月10日上午九时三十分於法院聆讯。
对利邦管理提交呈请的主要理由为利邦管理未能支付欠款总额1.5亿元(包含本金和利息)。公司正就有关呈请寻求法律意见,同时,公司正接洽渣打银行以商讨和解方案。
