利邦(00891.HK)附屬遭渣打入稟提清盤呈請
利邦(00891.HK)公布,於12月9日公司獲悉渣打銀行根據香港法例第32章公司(清盤及雜項條文)條例,就公司的一間全資附屬公司利邦管理向香港高等法院提交案件編號為HCCW420/2020的清盤呈請,申請將利邦管理清盤。呈請將於2021年3月10日上午九時三十分於法院聆訊。
對利邦管理提交呈請的主要理由為利邦管理未能支付欠款總額1.5億元(包含本金和利息)。公司正就有關呈請尋求法律意見,同時,公司正接洽渣打銀行以商討和解方案。
