兩連板的陝西黑貓(601015.SH)提示風險：子公司內蒙古黑貓規劃建設項目存在不確定性風險
格隆匯12月9日丨連續2個漲停的陝西黑貓(601015.SH)發佈股票交易異常波動暨風險提示公告，公司股票價格近期漲幅較大，市盈率遠高於焦化同行業公司水平。
公司鄭重提醒廣大投資者注意投資風險，審慎決策，理性投資。現就主要風險提示如下：
一、股價漲幅較大，市盈率遠高於焦化同行業公司水平
公司股票價格在2020年12月7日、2020年12月8日、2020年12月9日連續3個交易日內收盤價格漲幅偏離值累計達到20%，根據《上海證券交易所交易規則》的有關規定，屬於股票交易價格異常波動的情形。截至12月9日收盤，公司股票價格市盈率210.5倍，遠高於焦化同行業公司平均水平。
二、公司披露的子公司內蒙古黑貓規劃建設項目存在不確定性風險
2020年12月8日，公司披露的子公司內蒙古黑貓規劃建設項目，尚需提交股東大會審議批准；該項目預計建設內容、總投資額、效益等分析，僅為依據可研報告，在相關假設條件下的估計，有可能受到政治環境、外貿政策、經濟環境、市場環境、資金籌措、建設週期、經營管理等多方面因素的影響，後續實現存在高度的不確定性。本項目一期工程尚需提交股東大會審議批准，建設所需的立項、安評、環評等前置審批手續，有可能未獲批准；本項目一期工程預計建設週期20個月，建成後預計税後投資回收期為6.8-7年，建設資金35億元，建設資金擬由公司自籌和銀行貸款，所需銀行貸款尚未獲得相關銀行授信，項目建設可能會對公司資金造成一定壓力。一期工程建設對公司當期生產經營不產生重大影響。
三、公司關注並核實的相關情況
公司日常生產經營情況未發生重大變化，公司目前生產經營活動正常，公司前期披露的信息不存在其他需要更正、補充之處，不存在應披露未披露的重大信息。
除公司已經披露的信息外，截至本公告披露日，公司以及控股股東、實際控制人不存在應披露而未披露的正在籌劃涉及公司的併購重組、股份發行、債務重組、業務重組、資產剝離、資產注入、股份回購、股權激勵等重大事項。
除公司已經披露的信息外，截至本公告披露日，公司未發生或獲悉其他可能對公司股價產生較大影響的重大事件。經核實，公司董事、監事、高級管理人員以及控股股東、實際控制人在本次股票異常波動期間未買賣公司股票。
