格隆匯12月9日丨卓翼科技(002369.SZ)公佈,為進一步提高公司整體資產流動性及使用效率,公司全資子公司翼飛投資已分別於2020年10月9日、2020年11月6日、2020年12月8日以集中競價方式出售寧波容百股票186.935萬股,佔其總股本的0.42%,成交金額為6902.10萬元。
本次出售股票資產有利於資金回籠,提高資產流動性及使用效率,經公司初步測算,上述出售事項可獲得税後投資收益約512.08萬元,該收益將計入公司2020年度損益。
