旭升股份(603305.SH):實控人及旭日實業決定提前終止股份減持計劃
格隆匯 12 月 9日丨 旭升股份(603305.SH)公佈,近日,公司收到公司控股股東、實際控制人徐旭東及旭日實業通知,經過慎重考慮,鑑於目前市場行情走勢,基於對公司未來發展的信心,決定提前終止此次股份減持計劃。
2020年8月10日至2020年8月31日,徐旭東通過集中競價交易方式減持公司股份447.03萬股,佔公司總股本比例1.00%。截至目前,旭日實業未實施此次減持計劃。
