美国最大送餐初创DoorDash定价每股102美元上市 高於招股价上限
美国最大第三方外卖速递初创DoorDash(DASH.US)周三(9日)在美国上市,招股价定为每股102美元,高於经上调招股价范围90至95美元的区间(原先定於介乎75至85美元),集资额为33.7亿美元,公司估值将达到380亿美元,较6月集资时估值160亿美元高出逾一倍。高盛及摩根大通属牵头承销商。
公司在2013年成立,获日本软银集团旗下愿景基金、风投Sequoia Capital及主权基金新加坡政府投资公司(GIC)支持。
DoorDash第三季度收入达到8.79亿美元,高於去年同期的2.39亿美元,因疫情爆发导致外卖需求大增。不过季内录得4,300万美元亏损,第二季为盈利2,300万美元。
