泰达股份(000652.SZ)与建行等签市场化债转股合作框架协议
泰达股份(000652.SZ)公布,与建信金融资产投资有限公司和中国建设银行(00939.HK)(601939.SH)天津市分行於近期签署《关於天津泰达股份有限公司降杠杆暨市场化债转股合作框架协议》,为充分发挥国有商业银行金融资本对实体经济的服务作用,三方决定深化长期战略合作关系,就市场化债转股达成合作意向。
同时,三方协商确立市场化债转股的具体实施方案,包括但不限於由三方协商确认市场化债转股实施标的、资金用途、具体方式等。
