新股配售 | 华润万象生活一手中签率100%，公开认购29.78倍，国配11.8倍，有绿鞋
uSMART盈立智投12月8日消息，华润万象生活发布《发售价及配发结果公告》。
【配售小结】
1、分配完全偏向一手党，甲尾惨败：一手中签率100%，逾5万名一手党申1中1，而甲尾(申购1000手)仅稳中2手，最大的概率中3手。若按中签2手计，甲尾的打和点约高达30%，而其他大甲有且仅且稳1争2，若按中签1手计，打和点最高需达50%的涨幅。
2、发行估值高于同行业，国配却热情不减：国配认购倍数为11.8倍，为近期物业股之第三高(恒大物业：3.1倍，融创服务：4.9倍，世茂服务：10.9倍，合景悠活：16.87倍，卓越商企服务：33.4倍），值得注意的是，在合景悠活首日大幅破发之前，稍微热门的标的，国配倍数都高达双位数，参考意义不大，在物业股接连破发的情况下，华润万象生活的国配认购情况可谓火热，是否真的反应机构看好？需要时间这个朋友去给答案。
3、有绿鞋，稳价人是高盛：国际发售项下已超额分配8250万股股份，有15%的绿鞋子弹，稳价人是高盛，若稳价人积极护盘，国配机构户不带头抛售，15%的绿鞋子弹面对7.5%的散户，能起到一定的托底作用。此前无回拨的世茂服务、恒大物业，首日均给了打新党一个小亏或平价离场的机会。

9、回拨情况：有回拨，最终公开的比例为7.5%，国配的比例为92.5%
10、超额配股权：国际发售项下已超额分配82,500,000股股份(15%的发行股份)，有绿鞋

12、基石投资者：GIC、高瓴、平安、国调基金等7名基石投资者，合共锁定41.1%的发行股份，禁售期6个月
