FUTURE DATA(08229.HK)擬出售韓國兩處物業 獲617.5萬港元
格隆匯 12 月 8日丨FUTURE DATA(08229.HK)宣佈，於2020年12月8日，公司的全資附屬公司Global Telecom(作為賣方)與LeeHan(作為買方)訂立LeeHan出售協議，據此，Global Telecom同意以總購買價4.74億韓元(相當於約312.8萬港元)向LeeHan轉讓其於相關協議項下有關物業A的所有權利及責任，及LeeHan須根據LeeHan收購協議的條款及條件承擔並履行GlobalTelecom有關物業A的所有付款責任及負債以及支付未付購買價18.96億韓元(相當於約1251.3萬港元)。
另宣佈，於2020年12月8日，Global Telecom(作為賣方)與i-Cloud(作為買方)訂立i-Cloud出售協議，據此，Global Telecom同意以總購買價4.62億韓元(相當於約304.6萬港元)向i-Cloud轉讓其於相關協議項下有關物業B的所有權利及責任，及i-Cloud須根據i-Cloud收購協議的條款及條件承擔並履行Global Telecom有關物業B的所有付款責任及負債以及支付未付購買價18.46億韓元(相當於約1218.6萬港元)。
據悉，物業A及物業B各自包括位於12, 12-1, Dangsan-dong 1-ga, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul, Korea的三處物業，總樓面面積分別約230.53平方米及223.47平方米。Think Factory工業集羣的建設於2020年5月開始，於公告日期，Think Factory工業集羣仍在建設當中。Think Factory工業集羣的預期遷入日期大約於2022年10月(視乎建設的進度而定)。根據相關協議的條款及條件，物業A及物業B將用於根據工業集羣法獲允許遷入知識產業中心的業務(如製造、知識產業、資訊及通訊和支持設施)。
公告稱，出售事項的估計所得款項淨額將為約9.36億韓元(相當於約617.5萬港元)。出售事項的所得款項淨額擬用於償還於韓國借入的銀行貸款；及集團的一般營運資金。
