格隆匯 12 月 8日丨海南礦業(601969.SH)公佈,公司召開第四屆董事會第十六次會議,審議通過《關於擬設立數字化部的議案》。
為充分利用信息技術加強企業的生產組織和經營管理,促進企業的業務流程化、信息數字化、數據標準化、管理系統化,從而提升企業管控和決策效率,公司擬設立數字化部。該部門主要負責公司數字化、智能化體系建設,數字化建設規劃編制,數字化項目建設實施(包括項目方案論證、審批等),數字化業務系統建設及維護,全面提升公司數字化、智能化能力。
