贛能股份(000899.SZ)擬增加經營範圍
格隆匯 12 月 8日丨贛能股份(000899.SZ)公佈，公司於2020年12月8日召開2020年第九次臨時董事會會議，審議並通過了《關於增加經營範圍並修訂<公司章程>部分內容的議案》、《關於修訂<股東大會議事規則>部分內容的議案》、《關於修訂<董事會議事規則>部分內容的議案》。
隨着公司以集團“大能源”戰發展方向的明確，公司在緊密圍繞主業發展的同時，積極調整結構、拓展電力相關產業鏈，推動公司由電力生產型企業向綜合能源服務企業轉型發展。對於公司新涉及的有關新能源、電力營銷增值服務及綜合能源利用等方面的業務，為利於後續工作開展，並結合相關部門對經營範圍規範表述的要求，公司擬對經營範圍及表述進行相應調整，變更後的經營範圍如下：
原經營範圍：火力發電、水力發電、水庫綜合利用、節能項目開發、電力購銷、電力輸配、電力設備安裝及檢修、粉煤灰綜合利用、電力技術服務及諮詢、機械設備維修、房地產開發、電力物資的批發、零售、房屋租賃、住宿、泊車及餐飲服務(限下屬執證單位經營)、樓宇物業管理。(依法須經批准的項目，經相關部門批准後方可開展經營活動)
調整後經營範圍：許可項目：發電、輸電、供電業務；水庫綜合利用；水力發電；住宿、泊車及餐飲服務(限下屬執證單位經營)；房地產開發。(依法須經批准的項目，經相關部門批准後方可開展經營活動，具體經營項目以相關部門批准文件或許可證件為準)、一般項目：節能項目開發；粉煤灰綜合利用；電力設備安裝及檢修；技術服務、技術開發、技術諮詢、技術交流、技術轉讓、技術推廣；電子、機械設備維護(不含特種設備)；電力物資的批發、零售；非居住房地產租賃；樓宇物業管理；節能管理服務；合同能源管理；通用設備修理；專用設備修理；工程管理服務；電氣設備修理；數據處理和存儲支持服務；大數據服務。(除依法須經批准的項目外，憑營業執照依法自主開展經營活動)
