调查:28%雇主明年首季有意增聘人手 30%缩减 42%维持不变
万宝盛华(02180.HK)公布香港明年第一季「就业展望调查」报告。受访的193名雇主中,28%雇主表示来季有意增聘人手,表示缩减人手有30%,而42%表示维持不变,经季节性调整就业展望指数负2%。
金融、保险及房地产录净就业展望指数负3%,与上季相若,按年下跌13个百分点;服务业净就业展望指数正3%,按季上升4%,按年则下跌12个百分点;零售及批发业录得负3%净就业展望指数,按季相若,按年则下跌13个百分点。
万宝盛华大中华高级副总裁徐玉珊表示,就业市场情况仍面对挑战,受访三个行业雇主招聘意欲维持疲弱,雇主招聘步伐仍然审慎。在疫情之下,灵活用工受到市场青睐,求职者较以往更接纳自由工作模式,而疫情下有不少兼职或合约空缺,在「新常态」下,企业转向寻求灵活的招聘方案,将临时工或合约工招聘程序外判。
