正泰電器(601877.SH):擬參與競拍國網浙江綜合能源服務有限公司5%股權
格隆匯 12 月 8日丨正泰電器(601877.SH)公佈,公司擬與浙江華雲電力實業集團有限公司(“華雲電力”)及深圳市吉源綜合能源技術服務有限公司(“深圳吉源”)組成聯合體通過上海聯合產權交易所共同參與國網浙江綜合能源服務有限公司20%股權項目競拍。競拍成功後華雲電力受讓10%股權,公司和深圳吉源分別受讓5%股權。
此次競拍國網浙江綜合能源服務有限公司20%股權對應掛牌底價為46432.588萬元,公司受讓5%股權對應價款為11608.147萬元。
