高盛将全资控股中国合资证券公司
根据高盛向员工发出的内部备忘录显示,高盛已经与合资夥伴签署协议兼向中国监管机构提出申请,会将合资公司高盛高华证券的持股从51%增加至100%。
在完成收购高盛高华余下股权後,该全资实体公司将更名为高盛(中国)证券有限责任公司。
高盛於2004年与北京高华证券成立中国证券合资企业,与大多数中国合资企业不同,高盛拥有该公司的日常营运控制权,提供投资银行服务,例如股票、债券承销及交易建议。
於今年3月,高盛获得监管机构批准,将该合资公司的持股从33%增至51%。
