格隆匯 12 月 8日丨國銀租賃(01606.HK)發佈公告,公司的14家全資特殊目的公司(作為買方)與賣方於2020年12月8日(交易時段前)訂立船舶購買協議,據此,賣方同意出售,且買方同意購買船舶,代價為4.22億美元(相當於約人民幣27.58億元)。
賣方Maersk Tankers Singapore Pte Ltd為一家於新加坡註冊成立的公司,主要從事航運業務。船舶為14艘成品油輪,賬面價值共計約為4.22億美元(相當於約人民幣27.58億元)。
公告稱,船舶購買協議由公司於一般及日常業務過程中訂立。買方與賣方訂立船舶購買協議,有利於充分發揮各方優勢,有益於增加公司在船舶市場的市場份額,符合公司業務發展戰略。
