美的集团竞得上海虹桥商办地 要求引入智能家电行业企业总部
据上海土地市场消息,美的集团(上海)有限公司以18.36亿元人民币总价竞得上海市虹桥商务区主城区的一宗商办、餐饮旅馆业用地。
出让文件显示,该地块出让面积为8.12万平方米,21-02地块的容积率为2.42,19-02地块的容积率为2.5。规划建筑面积为20万平方米。地块的起始总价为18.36亿元,其实楼板价为每平方米9,180元。
出让方要求,受让人需在地块内设置一处建筑面积不少於20,000平方米的酒店、引入智能家电行业企业总部。(ta/w) ~
