國際家居零售(01373.HK)中期淨利預增不少於235%
格隆匯 12 月 7日丨國際家居零售(01373.HK)發佈公告,董事會預期集團截至2020年10月31日止六個月將錄得的淨利潤較去年2019年同期增加不少於235%。
公告稱,此增長主要來自集團於中期期間確認收入,包括取得(1)香港特別行政區政府防疫抗疫基金-“保就業”計劃的工資補貼合共約5900萬港元;(2)香港特別行政區、新加坡政府及澳門特別行政區政府提供的其他補貼合共約1400萬港元;(3)業主及政府租金減免合共約1900萬港元;及(4)集團於中期期間的收入較去年同期增加不少於13%。剔除上文第(1)至(3)項所指明的收入的影響後,董事會預期集團中期期間的淨利潤較去年同期相比增加不少於50%。
