廣匯能源(600256.SH)：啟通天然氣管線項目投入試運行
格隆匯 12 月 7日丨廣匯能源(600256.SH)公佈，公司控股子公司廣匯能源綜合物流發展有限責任公司(“廣匯綜合物流”)與華電江蘇公司、天生港發電公司等五方共同投資建設了啟通天然氣管線項目(“啟通天然氣管線”)。該項目依託廣匯啟東LNG接收站資源,線路全長160km(主線95km，支線65km)，主線線路總體呈東南走向；年輸氣量設計定位40億方/年，適當考慮預留。除接收廣匯啟東天然氣資源，並與國家管網公司西氣東輸管道連通外，還將與江蘇省重點推動的沿海管道相連接，可通過沿海管道、啟通天然氣管道向蘇南市場供氣，並與國家管網公司南通分輸站進行互聯。
近日，廣匯啟東LNG接收站氣化裝置持續配合啟通天然氣管線進行分步升壓，且同步對設備、系統進行檢測調試。根據試運行方案設定，啟通天然氣管線正式進入試運行前，已分別按照1.0Mpa、4.0Mpa、7.0Mpa 和9.0Mpa完成了四次升壓、檢漏、穩壓、消缺及調試等環節性工作，每步穩壓進行24小時監測。歷經一週時間，截止目前，該項目已升壓至9.0Mpa，與國家管網壓力相同，通過穩壓測試消缺後已開閥正式併網送氣，已達到氣化外輸天然氣300萬方/天以上。此次併網通氣標誌着啟通天然氣管線正式進入了試運行階段。
公司積極與國內大型天然氣供應公司和城市燃氣公司就公司啟東LNG接收站使用、管道氣交易、液化天然氣交易、LNG船貨進口及船貨貿易等領域展開合作，通過廣匯啟東LNG接收站設備進行氣化，由其配套的啟通天然氣管線代輸至國家管網西氣東輸南通分輸站，並共同負責協調國家管網西氣東輸具備接收能力。目前，公司已率先與國內著名央企、中國最大的成品油和石化產品供應商中石化籤署為期五年的《合作框架協議》，協議暫定2021年合作天然氣量合計12億方，目前已實現日供氣300萬方/天，未來合作天然氣氣量將逐年增至25億方，達到啟通天然氣管線設計40億方年輸氣能力的62.5%（具體用量以正式簽訂的年度合同為準）。通過雙方優勢整合,充分發揮合作方LNG資源、技術優勢和地方的區位、協調優勢，強化公司南通啟東港LNG接收站項目具有接收國際貿易氣源的窗口優勢，高度利用天然氣全產業鏈協同效應,全面佈局LNG下游市場。
公司控股子公司廣匯綜合物流在南通啟東呂四港經濟開發區投建了南通港呂四港區LNG接收站項目，項目三期已經建成，目前具有2座5萬方、2座16萬方LNG儲罐，年處理能力可達300萬噸/年。啟通天然氣管道項目屬於廣匯能源LNG 接收站規劃外輸管線的一部分，該項目正式進入試運行階段可進一步提高天然氣儲氣調峯能力，完善天然氣管網及配套設施，充分發揮出公司在江蘇省南通啟東市LNG接收站項目的天然氣開發利用、能源服務等方面的優勢。同時，該條管線的互聯互通及投運實現了從海上LNG 站點往江蘇內陸的延伸，打通了進口天然氣進入內陸的通道，形成海上進口天然氣通道，對於推進管網互聯互通、公平開放起到示範意義。
該項目投入試運行對公司的經營業績與社會效益將產生積極的影響，符合公司未來發展戰略和全體股東的利益。
