新特能源(01799.HK)附屬與華夏金租訂立和解安排和債權轉讓安排
格隆匯 12 月 7日丨新特能源(01799.HK)發佈公告,公司的附屬公司新疆新能源與華夏銀行(600015.SH)的附屬公司華夏金租已訂立和解安排和債權轉讓安排。根據該等安排,新疆新能源將取得融資租賃合同項下全部債權和有關擔保權利,並須向華夏金租支付人民幣約6.004億元作為代價。於該公告日期,新疆新能源已全額支付相關代價,新疆新能源已收到法院出具的民事裁定書,確認華夏金租已撤訴,撤訴後新疆新能源與華夏金租之間就該項目的訴訟終止。
