海航投資(000616.SZ)：與中融人壽簽署戰略合作意向書
格隆匯 12 月 4日丨海航投資(000616.SZ)公佈，2020年12月4日，公司與中融人壽保險股份有限公司(“中融人壽”)簽署《戰略合作意向書》，基於雙方分別在保險、養老服務、養老投資改造、基金等領域各自具有豐富的經驗，雙方將利用各自的優勢和資源共同在基金、保險、養老、大健康等領域展開緊密合作。
合作方式：1、雙方將在養老、大健康領域基金的募集、管理進行緊密合作，共同尋求市場機會，利用雙方優勢協同發展。
2、雙方將在養老、大健康領域建立密切合作，共同拓展潛在項目，對於包括但不限於養老機構的運營與管理、培訓、諮詢管理、中國大陸境內養老上下游產業鏈的投資及運營等相關業務保持開放的合作態度，在未來條件成熟時合作拓展相關業務。以及為了保證戰略的可持續，在雙方簽署意向的合作項目內，甲方將作為乙方獨家保險合作伙伴，共同推動養老、大健康領域保險產品的設計、開發、銷售與運營服務等相關事宜。
3、雙方將在與養老服務、大健康相關的保險產品的設計、銷售等不同領域進行緊密合作，優勢互補，全面提升高端康養度假社區的服務質量，拓展雙方獲客渠道及客户數量，為購買雙方產品的廣大客户做好深度服務。
首期合作項目：1、在養老健康領域雙方擬共同設立康養基金，密切合作共同確定優質康養項目並進行投資。甲方負責篩選確定符合監管要求的基金投資管理機構。在雙方完成可行性研究等前期工作後，將以基金為主體共同推進決策擬投康養項目的設計、施工建設、開業準備、機構運營管理等各項工作；項目落地後，雙方共同參與項目運營管理，制定項目運營規劃及經營目標，資源優勢互補，提升項目價值。
2、雙方就養老社區與保險產品進行結合，探討產品組合銷售的策略，共同推動產品的市場銷售。
3、雙方將在首期基金之外的其他項目及領域亦同步展開密切的市場調研及可行性研究等前期工作。
