藍帆醫療(002382.SZ)：子公司擬24.5億元建設“200億支/年高端健康防護丁腈手套項目”
格隆匯 12 月 4日丨藍帆醫療(002382.SZ)公佈，近年來，丁腈手套因其優異的防護性、拉伸強度、貼手舒適性和廣泛的應用領域等特性，顯現出長遠的發展潛力，成為近年來醫療及防護手套各品類中增速最快的高端品種，因此公司近年來將丁腈手套項目建設作為重點發展方向。在此次全球新冠疫情的抗擊過程中，丁腈手套發揮了重要的作用，全球市場對丁腈手套的需求尤其旺盛。基於此，並綜合如下原因和公司具備的競爭優勢，公司的子公司山東藍帆健康科技有限公司擬在山東臨朐投資建設“200億支/年高端健康防護丁腈手套項目”，投資金額合計24.5億元。
項目名稱：200億支/年高端健康防護丁腈手套項目，該項目規劃200億支/年高端健康防護丁腈手套，項目的投資額為預估值，最終投資金額以項目實施後實際使用資金為準。按照投資24.5億元，年均銷售額(含税)78.6667億元核算，靜態投資回收期4.50年(含建設期，該回收期為按照正常情況測算)。
公司規劃的“200億支/年高端健康防護丁腈手套項目”建設總週期初步確定為3年，分3期建設，預計一期2021年11月試運行，2021年12月投入生產；預計二期2022年9月試運行，2022年10月投入生產；預計三期2023年7月試運行，2023年8月投入生產。審慎起見，項目的實施進度將根據市場的需求、運營情況和董事會綜合論證進行適時調整。
此次投資建設“200億支/年高端健康防護丁腈手套項目”，可以充分發揮公司的核心競爭優勢，進一步提高公司醫療及防護手套的產能，增強公司行業競爭能力；同時該項目將實現與現有醫療及健康防護產品更好的協同，鞏固中低值耗材業務佈局，提升“防護=藍帆”的品牌效應，使公司品牌影響力及行業競爭力進一步提升，降低相關業務經營風險。同時，公司醫療及防護手套業務將進一步得以拓展，豐富產品品類，提高產出與收入，確保後續業績穩定增長。
