深圳華強(000062.SZ)擬向芯微電子增資2431.0125萬元
格隆匯 12 月 4日丨深圳華強(000062.SZ)公佈，公司於2020年12月3日召開董事會會議，審議通過了《關於對參股子公司增資暨關聯交易的議案》，同意公司以自有資金向黃山芯微電子股份有限公司(“芯微電子”)增資2431.0125萬元。
芯微電子自成立以來，一直專注於研發設計、生產、銷售功率半導體芯片、器件及模塊，依託自主創新和二十多年的行業深耕，芯微電子建立了包括硅片製造，芯片設計、製造到後道封裝測試的完整產業鏈(IDM模式)，形成了以晶閘管為特色，涵蓋功率二極管、MOSFET和功率模塊等功率半導體芯片和器件的產品體系。
中國是全球最大的功率半導體市場，但本土功率半導體產能貢獻佔比仍較低，行業整體進口替代空間巨大。加之國家長期以來大力支持功率半導體的產業化發展，且國內下游新能源、汽車電子、智慧電網、5G通信、工業電子等應用領域的發展促進了功率半導體需求進一步提升，國內功率半導體行業有望進入發展的快車道。
芯微電子在功率半導體行業深耕二十多年，具有硅片製造，功率半導體芯片設計、製造到後道封裝測試的完整產業鏈，掌握了成熟的芯片設計、製造和封測工藝，是國內生產“方片式”晶閘管最早及品種最齊全的廠家之一，是行業中品類較為齊全的國產功率半導體及器件供應商之一。
公司此次對芯微電子增資，既是基於對芯微電子業務發展前景的持續看好，同時也符合公司以電子元器件交易服務平台為依託向電子產業鏈上下游延伸拓展的發展規劃。此次增資完成後，隨着芯微電子業務持續發展，公司有望伴隨芯微電子的發展集聚更多的產業鏈上下游資源，並享受其發展紅利；同時，此次增資將進一步強化公司與芯微電子的合作關係，公司豐富的渠道資源可以助力芯微電子加快市場開拓，公司具備的為產業鏈上下游提供全方位綜合服務的能力可以幫助芯微電子進一步加快發展速度。因此，此次增資將有利於促進公司與芯微電子雙方的業務進一步發展，形成共贏。
