中通客車(000957.SZ)：擬變更公司名稱和經營範圍
格隆匯 12 月 4日丨中通客車(000957.SZ)公佈，公司第十屆七次董事會決議，審議通過關於修改公司章程，變更公司名稱和經營範圍的議案。
根據公司發展規劃，同意公司擬變更企業名稱、修改經營範圍，同時對公司章程對應內容作相關修訂：
1、根據公司業務發展規劃，擬將公司名稱由“中通客車控股股份有限公司”變更為“中通客車股份有限公司”，英文名稱：“Zhongtong Bus Holding Co.,LTD”變更為“Zhongtong Bus Co.,LTD”。(擬變更後的企業名稱已經國家市場監管總局審核通過)
2、因公司名稱變更、根據《山東省市場監督管理局關於全面實行市場主體經營範圍規範化登記的通知》(魯市監注字〔2020〕212號)，以及企業登記管轄機關和山東省市場監督管理局經營範圍規範登記要求，需對經營範圍進行修改：
修改前：“經依法登記，公司經營範圍是：客車、客車底盤、旅居車、廂式運輸車、掛車及其專用配件的開發、製造、銷售。(有效期限以許可證為準)。專用車(不含小轎車)及配件、化工產品(不含危險品)、橡膠產品、工業生產資料(不含專營專控)的銷售；技術諮詢、服務；高新技術、信息產業投資；資格證書範圍內自營進出口業務；專用客廂車的開發、製造、銷售；專用客廂車專用配件的開發、製造、銷售；第二類醫療器械銷售；第三類醫療器械經營；通訊設備銷售；警用裝備銷售；儀器儀表銷售。(依法須經批准的項目，經相關部門批準後方可開展經營活動)。”
修改為：“經依法登記，公司經營範圍是：
一般項目：汽車新車銷售；汽車租賃；汽車零部件研發；汽車零配件零售；汽車零部件及配件製造；汽車零配件批發；電動汽車充電基礎設施運營；化工產品銷售(不含許可類化工產品)；橡膠製品銷售；通訊設備銷售；儀器儀表銷售；金屬鏈條及其他金屬製品銷售；以自有資金從事投資活動；汽車舊車銷售；第二類醫療器械銷售；技術服務、技術開發、技術諮詢、技術交流、技術轉讓、技術推廣。(除依法須經批准的項目外，憑營業執照依法自主開展經營活動)。
許可項目：道路機動車輛生產；貨物進出口；第三類醫療器械經營。(依法須經批准的項目，經相關部門批准後方可開展經營活動，具體經營項目以審批結果為準)。
