格隆匯 12 月 4日丨中國恆泰集團(02011.HK)公佈,有關公司可能向RPC Holdings Limited收購摩石資本有限公司的全部已發行股本。根據諒解備忘錄,諒解備忘錄應自最後截止日期(即2020年12月4日)到期或於買賣協議籤立後(以較早者為準)屆滿。
董事會宣佈,因公司與賣方未能於2020年12月4日前就買賣協議的條款達成一致意見或就延長最後截止日期達成協議,可能收購事項的磋商及討論已終止且諒解備忘錄項下擬進行的可能收購事項將不會進行。
