格隆匯 12 月 4日丨連續3個漲停的貴州三力(603439.SH)發佈風險提示公告，鑑於近期公司股票價格波動較大，現將風險提示如下：
一、公司股票市盈率、市淨率遠高於同行業平均水平
公司市盈率水平較高。截至2020年12月4日，公司靜態市盈率為74.16，滾動市盈率為167.35，市淨率為11.59；根據同日中證指數有限公司網站發佈的行業數據，醫藥製造業的行業平均靜態市盈率為50.92，滾動市盈率44.51，醫藥製造業的行業平均市淨率4.99。公司市盈率及市淨率遠高於行業平均水平，特別提醒投資者注意二級市場交易風險。
二、業績下滑的風險
公司目前生產經營正常。市場環境、行業政策沒有發生重大調整、生產成本和銷售等情況沒有出現大幅波動、內部生產經營秩序正常。
公司2020年前三季度營業收入同比去年同期下降36.38%；歸屬於母公司股東的淨利潤較去年同期下降48.28%，公司存在業績下滑風險。
三、產品集中的風險
2017至2019年，公司開喉劍噴霧劑(兒童型)和開喉劍噴霧劑的銷售收入佔主營業務收入比例分別為95.80%、95.89%和96.54%，對公司的業績貢獻較大，公司的產品結構相對集中，對開喉劍噴霧劑(兒童型)、開喉劍噴霧劑的依賴性較強。如果未來開喉劍系列產品客觀經營環境發生重大變化、銷售產生波動，將對公司的整體經營業績產生重大不利影響。
四、原材料價格波動的風險
公司生產所需的主要原材料為中藥材，多為生長週期長、季節性採集、具有明顯的道地性，其生長易受氣候、日照、土壤等多種環境因素影響，受自然條件限制較大。雖然公司除與主要供應商保持穩定的合作關係外，也在逐步加強對上遊原藥材種植的投入力度，但是如果發生自然災害或經濟環境因素髮生重大變化，導致市場供求關係出現大幅度波動，公司可能會面臨中藥材短缺或價格上漲的情況，從而對公司經營業績產生不利影響。
五、其他
截至公告披露日，公司及控股股東及實際控制人均不存在應披露而未披露的重大信息，包括但不限於重大資產重組、股份發行、收購、債務重組、業務重組、資產剝離、資產注入、股份回購、股權激勵、破產重組、重大業務合作、引進戰略投資者等重大事項。
