林達民:料明年上半年發售啟德沐泰街項目首兩期
恆基物業代理有限公司營業(一)部總經理林達民在發布會上表示,恆地(00012.HK)旗下啟德沐泰街7號第一期已獲批預售樓花同意書,大約涉及500伙單位,面積約186至889平方呎,另外亦有千多呎的特色單位。
他認為第一期與第二期的單位存有協同效應,因此打算待第二期獲批預售樓花同意書才兩期一併開盤,預期會在明年上半年發售。
他又透露,整個啟德沐泰街7號項目共有三期,涉及約1,200伙。
