林达民:料明年上半年发售启德沐泰街项目首两期
恒基物业代理有限公司营业(一)部总经理林达民在发布会上表示,恒地(00012.HK)旗下启德沐泰街7号第一期已获批预售楼花同意书,大约涉及500伙单位,面积约186至889平方尺,另外亦有千多尺的特色单位。
他认为第一期与第二期的单位存有协同效应,因此打算待第二期获批预售楼花同意书才两期一并开盘,预期会在明年上半年发售。
他又透露,整个启德沐泰街7号项目共有三期,涉及约1,200伙。
