多氟多(002407.SZ):擬向多氟多集團出售富多多小貸60%股權
格隆匯12月4日丨多氟多(002407.SZ)公佈,公司於2020年12月4日召開第六屆董事會第十五次會議,審議通過了《關於擬出售控股子公司股權並簽署<股權轉讓意向協議>暨關聯交易的議案》。公司與多氟多集團簽訂《股權轉讓意向協議》,擬出售公司所持控股子公司富多多小貸60%股權,上述股權轉讓完成後,公司將不再持有富多多小貸的股份。
公司董事長李世江為公司及多氟多集團的實際控制人,公司與多氟多集團的交易構成關聯交易,但不構成《上市公司重大資產重組管理辦法》規定的重大資產重組。
