港股異動 | 永升生活服務(1995.HK)一度急漲7% 獲機構唱好
格隆匯12月4日丨永升生活服務(1995.HK)近期股價窄幅震盪,今日盤初一度拉昇至7%,報14.3港元,暫成交5093萬港元,總市值238.8億港元。
開源證券日前指出,公司多輪驅動規模成長,定位智慧城市服務商,首次覆蓋給予“買入”評級。公司積極發展多元業態,非住宅物業佔比持續提升,同時開始進入城市服務範疇。
大摩稱,受總樓面面積增長及社區增值服務收入增長所帶動,永升生活服務的盈利將會翻兩番,2019至2022年的年複合增長率料為63%,予目標價17.38港元。
