美联邦上诉法院本月14日听取美政府禁制TikTok答辩
美国联邦上诉法院将於本月14日开庭,听取美国政府就禁制抖音国际版TikTok指令遭否决提出上诉申请的理据。审理是次上诉的3名法官均为民主党员担任美国总统时所委任。
美国华盛顿区域法院法官Carl Nichols在9月27日否决美国政府对抖音国际版TikTok的禁制令,该禁制令将使TikTok不能在苹果(AAPL.US)及谷歌应用程式商店提供下载。
美国政府早前延长字节跳动出售TikTok的期限至本周五(4日)。
