青建國際(01240.HK)獲授8.8億港元建築工程合約
格隆匯12月3日丨青建國際(01240.HK)公告,中國開發商雅居樂集團控股有限公司(股份代號:3383.HK)下雅居樂地產附屬公司雅居樂地產發展(馬)有限公司已於2020年11月26日將一份建築總承包工程中標通知書授予公司的全資附屬公司青建土木工程(馬來西亞)有限公司在馬來西亞吉隆坡市安邦路上的258地段雅居樂大使花園項目,其中包括2棟64層塔樓;1棟63層塔樓;附帶9層地上停車庫和設施層服務式公寓項目。倘若完成該合約中列明的所有建築工程,則合約總額預計約為8.8億港元。
