中電環保(300172.SZ)擬9800萬元投設揚子江環境集團 持股比例49%
格隆匯 12 月 3日丨中電環保(300172.SZ)公佈，公司在主營水務、固危廢及煙氣治理三大主業的基礎上，聯合“政產學研金才”等綜合資源，打造了環保產業創新平台(“平台”)，形成“產業+平台”雙翼發展模式。其中，2013年公司聯合南京大學及其高端人才團隊、江蘇省環境科學研究院、南京市江寧開發區管委會等，共同投資創建了“南京環保產業創新中心”平台型人才公司，形成了“平台投人才、人才助人才、成果市場化”特色；2019年，公司聯合東南大學(依託其教育部重點實驗室)及其高端人才團隊、江寧開發區管委會，創建了“揚子江生態環境產業研究院”平台型新型研發機構。
近期，在南京市委市政府全力打造“揚子江生態文明創新中心”的背景下，公司聯合國資平台、平台核心成員等，採用混合所有制形式，共同投資設立揚子江環境集團，側重為揚子江流域水、土環境治理提供系統解決方案和項目總包。具體情況為：
公司與南京市紫金投資集團所屬南京創新投資集團負責管理的南京市產業發展基金有限公司(“南京產業基金”)、江寧開發區管委會所屬南京江寧經開產業股權投資合夥企業(有限合夥)(“江寧經開投資”)，以及環保產業創新集聚區培育的江蘇國科環保研究院有限公司(“國科研究院”)，共同投資設立“南京揚子江環境集團有限公司”(暫定名，實際名稱以工商行政管理部門核定為準，“揚子江環境集團”)。揚子江環境集團註冊資本為人民幣2億元，其中公司貨幣(下同)出資9800萬元，持股比例49%；南京產業基金出資3000萬元，持股比例15%；江寧經開投資出資6000萬元，持股比例30%；國科研究院出資1200萬元，持股比例6%。
此次公司投資設立揚子江環境集團，以“投資一批項目，打造一個產業”為目標，堅持環保產業創新，搭建開放、共享且具有高度可複製的產業總包平台，具有產業導向、人才驅動、資本紐帶三大特色，探索建立“以政府引導、企業主體、市場導向、資本紐帶、重大任務牽引、技術與資本深度融合”的利益共享和高效運行機制，共同打造環保支柱產業。
同時，公司投資設立揚子江環境集團，能與公司產業協同發展，符合公司產業長期發展戰略和業務規劃，有利於提升公司產業競爭力、市場影響力，提高公司的綜合競爭力；且投資項目整體優勢較為突出，市場前景廣闊，投資收益良好。
