沃施股份(300483.SZ)：選舉董事錢翔擔任公司董事長
格隆匯 12 月 3日丨沃施股份(300483.SZ)公佈，公司於近日收到公司董事長吳海林提交的書面辭職報告。由於個人原因，吳海林提出辭去公司第四屆董事會董事長職務及董事會各專門委員會委員的職務，辭職報告於送達董事會之日生效，原定任期為2018年7月至2021年7月。
辭任後，吳海林仍為公司控股股東、實際控制人，截至公告日，持有公司579.15萬股，佔總股本的3.88%，其辭任後將繼續遵守《公司法》、深圳證券交易所關於減持公司股份的限制性規定，其辭職不會影響公司的正常運作，不會對公司發展造成重大不利影響。
經過第四屆董事會第二十五次會議審議通過，同意選舉董事錢翔擔任公司董事長，選舉錢翔擔任戰略發展委員會委員、提名委員會委員、審計委員會委員及薪酬與考核委員會委員，任期自董事會審議通過之日起至第四屆董事會屆滿時止。
根據《公司章程》的規定，董事長為公司法定代表人，公司將盡快完成法定代表人的工商變更登記工作。
錢翔，男，1960年出生，美國國籍，2011年加入原貝克休斯公司，曾先後擔任全球修井和打撈業務副總裁及全球客服副總裁，2013年3月擔任原貝克休斯公司副總裁兼北亞區總經理，2015年加入通用電氣油氣任中國區總裁，2017年通用電氣油氣與貝克休斯合併後，擔任通用電氣貝克休斯副總裁兼中國區總裁。2020年3月，擔任北京中海沃邦能源投資有限公司董事，2020年4月起擔任上海沃施園藝股份有限公司董事職務，2020年9月擔任北京中海沃邦能源投資有限公司董事長職務。
錢翔在1991年加入斯倫貝謝公司，分別在突尼斯、沙特阿拉伯、英國、美國和中國擔任過現場服務、市場營銷、技術支持及管理等多個職務，其工作涉及水力壓裂，固井，連續油管，完井防砂服務等領域。此後，錢翔還曾任斯倫貝謝北亞區油井服務總經理，和斯倫貝謝全球完井技術支持經理等職。
錢翔1982年畢業於東北石油大學，主修石油工程專業。錢翔在1982-1991年間在中石油大慶油田井下作業公司任職。
