中國藝術金融(01572.HK)預計年度純利大幅下跌57%至74%
格隆匯12月3日丨中國藝術金融(01572.HK)發佈公告,公司預計截至2020年12月31日止年度的溢利可能較2019年同期錄得的溢利人民幣1.075億元大幅下跌57%至74%。
預期溢利減少主要由於以下原因礙於中國實施的羣眾管制措施及爆發冠狀病毒疫情,集團於截至2020年12月31日止年度的所有拍賣會已暫停或延期,而一般於每年11月舉辦的秋季拍賣會亦需取消。於2019年的秋季拍賣會佔集團截至2019年12月31日止年度的收益約11%。集團的藝術品及資產拍賣業務於截至2020年12月31日止年度可能並無收益進賬,該業務於截至2019年12月31日止年度貢獻本集團約45%收益;在冠狀病毒大流行及全球金融市場不景之際,管理層於授出貸款時採取謹慎及保守的態度,因此藝術品及資產典當貸款量大幅減少;及已調低就典當貸款收取的每月綜合費。
