新地(00016.HK) 雷霆料沙田「瓏珀山」下月開盤
新地(00016.HK)副董事總經理雷霆在發布會上表示,旗下位於沙田多石街33號住宅項目「瓏珀山」的準備工夫已進入準備階段,樓書及示範單位已接近完成,預計項目可在下月開盤。若進度理想,有機會最快本月開放示範單位。
他又指,今年的一手推盤受疫情影響,整體市場一手新盤成交量按年跌兩成,但樂見最近有消息指疫苗接近研發成功,相信市民的生活及經濟活動很快回復正常,加上市場資金充裕及處於低息環境,料明年樓市在價格及銷量方面都會錄不俗升幅。
