《即日市评》忧「抽水潮」港股下跌 小米捱沽
受腾讯(00700.HK)及小米(01810.HK)等跌势拖累，港股今日回吐。美股道指昨晚升185点或0.6%，纳指升1.3%，市场关注中美关系发展，美媒报道美国总统当选人拜登表示上任後不会马上取消中国首阶段贸易协议及关税，而是会先对协议进行全面评估，并与亚洲及欧洲传统盟友磋商，以便制定出一致的战略；美汇指数跌至逾两年半低位，执笔之时美汇指数跌至91.34，道指期货最新跌115点或0.4%、纳指期货最新跌4点或0.04%。今早人币中间价上调310点报6.5611兑一美元近两周高，上证综指全日跌0.07%收3,449，深证成指升0.22%，沪深两市成交额共8,809亿人民币。
包括小米、龙湖(00960.HK)等配股「抽水」，利淡大市气氛。恒指高开102点後掉头向下，上午中段曾跌188点一度低见26,379点，其後跌幅收窄，全日跌35点或0.1%，收26,532点；国指跌85点或0.8%，收10,573点；恒生科技指数跌137点或1.7%，收7,848点。大市半日成交总额增至1,817.39亿元，沪、深港通南下交易录得净流入金额分别为33.72亿及22.06亿元人民币。龙湖全日股价挫11.8%收44.8元，先旧後新配股净筹23亿元，另控股股东配股减持．。比亚迪(01211.HK)向中证监申请增发H股，全日股价挫7.9%。
【忧「抽水」潮 小米复牌挫】
小米(01810.HK)早市停牌，中午公布折让9.4%配股及发CB共筹近40亿美元，午後复牌，全日收跌7%收24.3元。小米与经办人订立可换股债券认购协议，同意发行总额8.55亿美元债券，另外，公司与控股股东Smart Mobile Holdings Limited及经办人订立配售及认购协议，承配人以配售价每股23.7元购买配售股份，较昨日(1日)收市价折让约9.4%，相当於公司经认购事项扩大已发行股本约4%，估计所得款项净额约31亿美元。
美银证券发表报告，降小米评级至「中性」，目标价由30元降至26.4元，以反映其配股和可换股债发行摊薄每股表现。该行维持对公司智能手机正面看法，同时维持对盈利预期的看法，但降2020-22年每股盈利预测，反映摊薄效应，而该行相信新配售将增加投资者对现金效率，以及对未来估值增长空间的担忧。
【沽空率下降 汇控逆市扬】
港股今日主板市宽改善，主板股票的升跌比率为18比24(上日为25比17)，恒指成份股今日23只股份上升，下跌股份20只，升跌比率为(上日为46比40)；大市今日录沽空213.26亿元，占可沽空股份成1,592.79亿元的13.389%(上日为15.634%)。
汇控(00005.HK)全日升3.7%收42.5元，成升幅最大蓝筹股。美银证券发表报告表示，基於降低对汇丰控股拨备支出预测，上调对其2020年至2022年除税前盈利预测各5%、2%及1%，分别至87.12亿美元、123.75亿美元及158.65亿美元，重申「中性」评级，按综合方式估值，目标价由39.66港元上调至41.93港元。
美银证券指，近期媒体报道称汇丰银行可能退出其美国零售业务，指汇丰银行自1955年首次在美国国内市场扩张以来一直没有在美国市场站稳脚跟，若市场传闻若属实，该行相信汇控会像法国零售业一样退出，但集团欧洲投资银行回报仍然很差，未来重组步伐将是关键。(wl/u)
