香港股市策略：11月20日淡倉數據分析

■ 根據最新的淡倉數據，泰格醫藥（3347.HK）、信義能源（3868.HK）、吉利汽車（0175.HK）和中國聯塑（2128.HK）值得密切監測。
■ 維達國際（3331.HK）的淡倉明顯減少。
截至 11 月 20 日當週行情概述
上週五，香港證監會公佈了 11 月 13 日累計淡倉數據。我們根據以下三個標準分析哪些公司可能較受到賣空活動的影響：（i）11 月 6 日至 11 月 13 日之間的淡倉淨變動；（ii）淡倉佔自由流通量的比例；（iii）淡倉的絕對金額。我們必須強調，這只是基於官方數據的客觀計量分析; 分析結果並不代表我們對一些公司的企業管治或基本面存疑。根據我們的分析結果和最新未平倉淡倉數據，泰格醫藥、信義能源、吉利汽車和中國聯塑值得密切監測。另一方面，我們留意到維達國際的淡倉明顯減少。
泰格醫藥 3347.HK
截至 11 月 20 日當週，泰格醫藥的淡倉增加了 88.2％（圖 4）。未平倉淡倉相當於自由流通盤的 3.65％。截至 11 月 27 日當週的五天移動平均賣空金額為 7,166 萬港元，高於截至11 月 20 日當週的 6,946 萬港元。
信義能源 3868.HK
截至 11 月 20 日當週，信義能源的淡倉增加了 20.1％（圖 4）。未平倉淡倉相當於自由流通盤的 2.41％。截至 11 月 27 日當週的五天移動平均賣空金額為 445 萬港元，高於截至 11月 20 日當週的 430 萬港元。
吉利汽車 0175.HK
截至 11 月 20 日當週，吉利汽車的淡倉增加了 24.6％（圖 4）。未平倉淡倉相當於自由流通盤的 1.80％。截至 11 月 27 日當週的五天移動平均賣空金額為 3.5066 億港元，高於截至11 月 20 日當週的 3.1267 億港元。
中國聯塑 2128.HK
截至 11 月 20 日當週，中國聯塑的淡倉增加了 27.9％（圖 4）。未平倉淡倉相當於自由流通盤的 1.46％。截至 11 月 27 日當週的五天移動平均賣空金額為 1,748 萬港元，高於截至11 月 20 日當週的 1,149 萬港元。
維達國際 3331.HK
截至 11 月 20 日當週，維達國際的淡倉增加了 10.5％（圖 5）。未平倉淡倉相當於自由流通盤的 12.21％。截至 11 月 27 日當週的五天移動平均賣空金額為 589 萬港元，低於截至11 月 20 日當週的 889 萬港元。
回顧：資料來源
每逄週五，香港證監會都會公佈可進行賣空股份在一週前的合計淡倉數據。港交所每天都發布有關賣空活動的數據（沒有延後性），但數據只反應當天新開的淡倉,但沒有未平倉的賣空統計。因此，香港證監會數據的最大用處是提供每隻股票的未平倉淡倉，投資者可以跟蹤每週的淨變動。然而，數據仍有一些限制：該數據無法涵蓋使用場外衍生產品進行的賣空活動。
三個角度分析數
(i) 11月13日至11月20日的淡倉淨變動; (ii) 淡倉佔自由流通盤百分比; (iii) 淡倉絕對金額。
