比亞迪(01211.HK)向中證監申請增發H股
比亞迪(01211.HK)公布,近日向中國證監會提交了關於公司新增發行H股並在香港聯交所主板上市的申請材料。是次H股發行擬發行數量不超過今年6月23日公司股東周年大會召開日已發行H股股份總數的20%,所得淨募集資金擬將全部用於補充營運資金、償還帶息債務、研發投入以及一般企業用途。
公司指,於今年11月30日收到中國證監會出具的行政許可申請接收憑證,中國證監會已收到公司提交的本次H股發行的申請材料,並將在5個工作日內就是否受理該行政許可申請或請公司補正材料通知公司。
