比亚迪(01211.HK)向中证监申请增发H股
比亚迪(01211.HK)公布,近日向中国证监会提交了关於公司新增发行H股并在香港联交所主板上市的申请材料。是次H股发行拟发行数量不超过今年6月23日公司股东周年大会召开日已发行H股股份总数的20%,所得净募集资金拟将全部用於补充营运资金、偿还带息债务、研发投入以及一般企业用途。
公司指,於今年11月30日收到中国证监会出具的行政许可申请接收凭证,中国证监会已收到公司提交的本次H股发行的申请材料,并将在5个工作日内就是否受理该行政许可申请或请公司补正材料通知公司。
