中联重科(01157.HK)(000157.SZ)在深交所刊发公布,近日收到中证监出具的《关於请做好中联重科股份有限公司非公开发行申请发审委会议准备工作的函》。
根据中国证监会的要求,公司及相关中介机构就告知函涉及的问题进行了认真核查、逐项落实,并按照告知函要求对所涉及事项进行了说明和回覆。
公司本次非公开发行股票事项尚需获得中国证监会核准,能否获得核准及最终获得核准的时间仍存在不确定性。公司将根据中国证监会对该事项的审核进展情况及时履行信息披露义务。
