新明中國(02699.HK)就杭州法院一審判決申請上訴
新明中國(02699.HK)公布,於9月8日,經浙江省杭州市拱墅區人民法院一審判決,附屬杭州新明於該判決生效之日起十日內,支付原告藍城房產建設管理集團應欠委託管理服務費及其員工薪酬福利合計2,468.81萬元人民幣(下同),及違約金1,318.75萬元。
集團尋求法律顧問之意見後反對該判決並已向杭州市中級人民法院申請上訴,上訴結果存在較大不確定
性。
根據公司分析,該判決不會對杭州新明日常營運造成重大不利影響。
