美众议院料通过立法收紧审计要求 阻止部分中资企业在美上市
美国众议院预计本周将通过外国公司问责法案,规定如果外国公司连续三年未能通过上市公司会计监督委员会(PCAOB)的审计,将被禁止在美国任何交易所上市。
该法案於今年5月已获得参议院通过,目前待众议院通过後将提交予总统特朗普否决或签署。该法案还要求上市公司披露是否由外国政府拥有或控制,并给予阿里巴巴(09988.HK)、中电信(00728.HK)及中移动(00941.HK)等中资企业三年时间,如果届时还未遵守美国的规定,会将其从美国市场除牌。
