新希望(000876.SZ)：擬在豬產業發展指揮部成立五大中台
格隆匯 12 月 1日丨新希望(000876.SZ)公佈，公司第八屆董事會第二十五次會議於2020年11月27日以通訊表決方式召開，審議通過了《關於打強豬產業發展指揮部中台的議案》。為進一步堅定落實公司豬產業發展戰略，着眼於新階段豬產業發展需要，經研究，公司決定在豬產業發展指揮部成立五大中台——生產管理中台、銷售管理中台、研發中台、運營管理中台、發展建設中台，全面提升豬產業各縱隊在生產、銷售、日常運營等方面的管理能力與效率，實現對各縱隊業務的精細化、系統性管理與支撐，同時進一步優化豬產業核心幹部梯隊搭建。具體安排如下：
1、生產管理中台，主要職能為通過數據分析、培訓、巡檢等方式在發現並解決生產痛點問題的同時提高生產成績，降低養殖成本；通過標準化飼餵、生物安全體系搭建等手段保障豬隻營養均衡，從而達到養殖端的食品安全。新設三大部門：1)生產技術部，由朱利強任總經理；2)健康管理部，由李孝文任總經理；3)飼料營養管理部，由黃亞寬任總經理。
2、銷售管理中台，主要職能為通過大數據手段分析研判全國各區需求變化，統籌價格管理，實現更優溢價，同時持續探索生豬供應鏈產業延伸，發掘供應鏈生態價值。
3、研發中台，以豬育種公司為載體，成立育種事業部，與養豬研究院共同承擔研發中台職能。育種事業部主要職能為利用大數據分析實現優良基因的快速傳遞，滿足疾病防控和聚落化大生產的需求，強化豬產業各縱隊種豬繁育體系意識，降低繁育體系成本，提高繁育體系效率，為公司生豬養殖體系提供保質保量優質種豬。由龔華忠任豬育種公司總裁。
4、運營管理中台，主要職能為牽頭制定公司豬產業戰略並牽頭宣貫落地；對公司豬產業預算達成進行監控與管理；持續關注運營狀況，對運營風險、核心問題等進行預警與提示，並持續探索運營數據深度管理。由龔華忠兼任總經理。
5、發展建設中台，主要職能為通過專業標準制定、投發與工程過程管理等手段，促進生豬產能高效落地，同時對飼料等配套產能進行協同規劃與落地；探索投發建設提升效率、降低成本等各項創新舉措，實現產能快速高效突破與模式創新。
6、股份公司主要領導擔任各中台分管負責人：生產管理中台由副總裁吉崇星分管，總裁助理朱利強協助；銷售管理中台由副總裁陶玉嶺分管；運營管理中台由執行董事長、總裁張明貴分管；研發中台由首席科學家閆之春分管；發展建設中台由投資發展總監王普鬆分管。
