安徽建工(600502.SH)：子公司擬與關聯方投資參股項目公司 投建高速公路項目
格隆匯 12 月 1日丨安徽建工(600502.SH)公佈，公司所屬子公司(“路橋集團”)、安徽省公路橋樑工程有限公司(“安徽路橋”)、安徽省路橋試驗檢測有限公司(“檢測公司”)擬與安徽建工集團控股有限公司(“建工控股”)、安徽省交通控股集團有限公司(“安徽交控”)、安徽省高路建設有限公司、安徽省經工建設集團有限公司、宣城市交通投資有限公司共同出資組建安徽省宣涇高速公路有限責任公司(具體名稱以市場監督部門核准為準)，投資建設宣城至涇縣高速公路建設項目(一期)。
該項目資本金為投資批覆概算金額44.6億元的25%，即約為人民幣11.15億元，項目公司註冊資本1億元，其中公司所屬子公司路橋集團、安徽路橋和檢測公司分別出資約0.89億元(其中註冊資本0.08億元，佔註冊資本的8%)、1.12億元(其中註冊資本0.10億元，佔註冊資本的10%)和0.11億元(其中註冊資本0.01億元，佔註冊資本的1%)；安徽建工集團控股有限公司出資約0.11億元(其中註冊資本0.01億元，佔註冊資本的1%)；安徽省交通控股集團有限公司及其所屬安徽省高路建設有限公司、安徽省經工建設集團有限公司出資佔項目資本金的60%；宣城市交通投資有限公司出資佔項目資本金的20%。
項目名稱：宣城至涇縣高速公路建設項目(一期)；項目總投資：宣城至涇縣總投資約58億元，分兩期實施。根據省交通運輸廳以《關於宣城至涇縣高速公路一期工程初步設計的批覆》(皖交函〔2020〕151號)批覆初步設計，一期工程總概算為44.6億元。合作期：建設期4年，收費期不超過30年。項目內容：宣城至涇縣高速公路全長50.88km，一期工程(樁號為K0-K40)起於宣廣高速(G50滬渝高速)綠錦服務區東側約2.1km處沙灣中橋附近，經金壩街道郭家衝、楊柳鎮肖家衝，涇縣琴溪鎮鼓樓鋪、蔡村鎮蘭衝，終於涇川鎮江梓村附近，路線全長40.0km。全線設特大橋3座、大中橋18座(含分離立交3座)；設宣城(樞紐)、宣城南、楊柳、涇縣東4處互通立交；設匝道收費站3處、服務區1處、管理分中心1處等配套設施。全線按雙向四車道高速公路標準建設。二期工程(K40-K50+88)實施線路尚未規劃確定，待線路確定後實施。
投資建設高速公路項目，符合公司主業發展方向，有利於公司優化業務結構，進一步向產業鏈高端延伸，提升企業總體發展質量。此次與關聯方以及與安徽交控及所屬企業合作投資，係為了發揮各方業務和資源優勢，實現各方優勢互補，保障項目順利實施，有利於提高公司在高速公路項目建設、投資領域的綜合競爭實力。
